Process

Structured Pathway To Wellbeing

From Conversation to Impact

1.

Initial Consultation

We start by listening. We meet with you to understand your organisation, people, challenges, and goals.

2.

Recommend

A tailored approach — not a template. Our consultants reflect on what we’ve gathered and recommend a bespoke programme. This may include training, workshops, consultancy, or counselling support — always grounded in evidence, organisational dynamics, and your specific need

3.

Delivery

Thoughtful, engaging, and psychologically informed. We deliver the agreed work with care and expertise — whether in-person or online. Our sessions are interactive, reflective, and designed to support real change, not just awareness.

4.

Evaluation

Learning, impact, and next steps. We evaluate outcomes through feedback, reflection, and agreed measures. This helps us understand what worked, what shifted, and where further support may be helpful.

About Us

Our Senior Consultant's Journey

“Employee wellbeing is not a perk — it is the emotional infrastructure of a healthy organisation.”

Maneet Relom is the Senior Consultant and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist at Maple Wellbeing. She brings a depth-oriented, relational approach to workplace mental health, shaped by extensive experience across clinical, community, and organisational settings.

Maneet trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, holding a Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Organisational Dynamics. Her work is grounded in an understanding that individuals do not exist in isolation — emotional wellbeing is always shaped by relationships, systems, and organisational cultures.

She has worked as a trainee Consultancy Partner at West London Mind, a leading mental health charity supporting individuals and organisations across London. Alongside this, Maneet has significant experience working directly with people in the community, as well as providing employee therapy and psychological support within organisations.

Over the past year alone, Maneet has had the privilege of working with over 200 organisations across the corporate, public, and voluntary sectors — reaching and supporting thousands of employees, managers, and leaders. Her work spans local, national, and international contexts, including the design and delivery of both national and global training programmes.

Maneet has collaborated with organisations of all sizes, from small charities to large corporate and public-sector institutions. This breadth of experience has given her a nuanced understanding of the emotional realities of modern working life — including burnout, moral distress, role confusion, leadership pressure, and the quiet accumulation of stress that often goes unseen until it becomes overwhelming.

Through her clinical and consultancy work, Maneet has consistently observed that employee wellbeing is not simply about resilience or individual coping strategies. It is deeply connected to how organisations listen, lead, communicate, and respond to vulnerability. When emotional wellbeing is neglected, difficulties tend to surface as sickness absence, conflict, disengagement, or high turnover. When it is taken seriously, organisations become more sustainable, humane, and effective.

Maneet’s approach integrates therapeutic insight with organisational awareness. She works with the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel psychologically safe, understood, and supported — and when organisations are willing to reflect on their cultures, systems, and relational dynamics, not just individual performance.

At Maple Wellbeing, Maneet brings together clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong ethical foundation to support organisations in creating healthier, more emotionally intelligent workplaces.
